Attic House Zurenborg

Cosy Attic, perfect for your stay in Antwerp. Situated on the third floor of our house "Casa Zurenborg", in the heart of the picturesque quarter of Zurenborg. The area is unique and famous for its Art Nouveau, Neo-Gothic and Neo-Renaissance architecture, full of little bars and restaurants, and at only 10 minutes on foot from the train station Antwerpen-Berchem. The place is easily connected by public transport or bike with the center and other tourist areas, and quickly reachable by car.

Our Attic/Studio of around 35 square meter is an intimate and cosy place, with original wooden roof beams. It is situated on the third floor of our house, built in neo-flemish- renaissance style with a red brick façade, and is reachable through the common internal stairway. The automatically closing and fireproof door guarantees your privacy. The room is completely furnished and well illuminated, and has a double bed with luxury comfortable mattress. Furthermore, a wooden staircase leads to a little mezzanine with a small double mattress, perfect for a child or youngster. There is a kitchen area with microwave, Lavazza coffee machine, kettle, fridge and small wash basin. Dining table with 3 chairs, and seating area with sofa. Television and free WiFi. Private bathroom with shower.
We offer a "BED and COFFEE" service, with tea, tisane, Lavazza coffee, bedlinen, towels and final cleaning included.

City tax Antwerpen of 2,97 euro per person per night is included.

Bien situé, coin plutÎt mignon. A +- 2 km du centre. Savon et shampoing fournis. Bref parfait pour un court séjour en amoureux si on ne ressent pas le besoin de cuisiner !

Clean and spacious

Host was very accommodating and responds quickly. The space was clean and modern and quiet at night. Note that if you have anything larger than carry on suitcase, it may not fit up the stairs well. This is a 3rd floor suite so lots of stairs.

Het is even klimmen, maar dan heb je ook wat! Een leuk appartement op de zolderverdieping, van alle gemakken voorzien. Aardige en behulpzame gastheer bovendien. We hadden het er zeer naar de zin!

Fantastic gem in the attic

We've really enjoyed our stay in the small appartment in Zurenborg. The owner lives in the same building - therefore you can be sure that everything is in good shape. Careful interior design has produced a modern appartment with small beautyful details. The appartment is located in a "hip" area of Antwerp - a lot of restaurants and bars can be found in walking distance. We arrived by bike and found all the interesting sights easily accessible. Since the place is located in the city you will also hear the city e.g. the railroad, tram and sometimes partygoers in the night - if you prefer a silent place this might not be the right appartment for you. I would reccomend to arrive by bike or public transport - train stations Antwerpen-Berchem is just a few minutes away as well as tram station. It was perfect for us.

Very nice place in a residential area.

What a great place to stay! Close to public transportation and restaurants! The place is lovely and I wouldn’t hesitate to stay there if I were to travel to Antwerp again. One item to mention is that there are quite a few steps to climb to get to the top floor so if you aren’t very mobile this is not the place for you.

Nettes Appartement fĂŒr kurzen Antwerpen Trip. Check In and out super easy! Lange ganz gut, um mit dem BĂ€hnchen in die City zu fahren. ParkplĂ€tze etwas umstĂ€ndlich wegen Bezahlung, irgendwo gibt es aber wohl auch kostenfreie ParkplĂ€tze. Nette Restaurants und Lokale in unmittelbarer NĂ€he. Bei geöffnetem Fenster Bahnstrecke etwas störend. Empfehlenswert

Heel prettige sfeervolle en rustige ruimte op unieke locatie. . Er is veel gezellige horeca rondom voor ontbijt, lunch, diner. Openbaar vervoer is om de hoek. De 6 trappen op en af was wel een klim.

Moderner Lifestyle in historischer Umgebung

Das Appartement ist modern und gemĂŒtlich eingerichtet, es enthĂ€lt alles was man fĂŒr einen kurzen Aufenthalt braucht. Der Ausblick vom Bett ĂŒber die DĂ€cher die JugendstilgebĂ€ude der Umgebung ist besonders schön. Wir haben uns hier sehr wohl gefĂŒhlt. Paolo war ein sehr netter und hilfsbereiter Gastgeber, der vor allem unsere zeitige Anreise gut organisiert hat. Wir können diese Unterkunft nur weiter empfehlen!
