What a lovely place. Sharing my experience in chronological order; no issues with communication with the owners as they are quick to respond and accommodating. Reaching the place could be a small challenge as the last 2 miles are unpaved. If you have a car with decent clearance (just no ricers slammed to the ground) it’s a little off-roading fun. I can tell a lot of TLC put on this place and is planned for it. What looked like a grow-your-own-food garden and landscaping with plants and rocks. Dual band wifi is fast enough to stream multiple 4k entertainment simultaneously and cell service was also surprisingly good. Not advertised but level 1 1.6kw ev charger(J1772) is available as well. There is no attached garage but a picturesque parking spot under the blooming tree. The facilities are mostly new; all the appliances are brand new and so is the entire bathroom. For our stay of only 2 ppl it was not an issue but if you have more, keep in mind there is 1 bathroom. The beds were fine, I like plush beds so I had a good time but the Mrs likes it stiff so her not so much. I saved the best for last which is the view. While you are in the common area, you always get the magnificent view of the entire neighborhood. At night you see the sparsely spread lights and you get cloud9 vibes. We booked this place to get away from it all and that’s what we got. Now back at the heart of LA i miss our trip already. 10/10
