You get what you pay for.

My room was is extremely poor condition. There were NO shades on the window to block out the spotlights from across the yard. The TV dIdn’t work, the charging plugs in the table lamp didn’t work and there was a large burn mark stain on the rug. The only saving grace was the kind and attentive desk clerk who moved me to another room, which wasn’t much better. At least there was a shade on the windows.

Had a very pleasant stay here. Super-friendly and helpful desk staff and housekeeping. Room could have used a few very slight repairs, but very clean and functional. Nice bathroom and shower, good lighting, very comfortable bed. Easy access and convenient parking. A bit far from BU campus, but all of the good shops and restaurants in-between made that okay. A nice, almost 4/5 hotel with a 5/5 staff that made it worthwhile. Would stay again.

The Vestal area is always safe when I come back to visit family and friends! Comfort Inn gave us a very clean and spacious room; the queen beds were very comfortable to sleep on. A good ten minute drive to the nearest plaza. Staff is also super sweet, professional, and welcoming. I will definitely book here again!

Not the best Comfort

We usually love Comfort Inn, but this one had stained carpets, although the beds and room were otherwise clean. There were only filmy curtains on the window, so now privacy and lots of sunlight. The TV was very limited, with no NBC and a CBS affiliate from Tennessee. Fox was the only "news" channel.

Check in took seconds, my room was just off the elevator, Parking was quick and close to the building. Breakfast definitely could of been better but that is what I expected from a hotel. I would definitely stay again.
