Excellentes prestations

The staff as always were Super friendly. This is the 2nd stay me and my family have had here. And they never disappoint.
It was unfortunate our original room wasn’t available due to renovations. We were then upgraded to a bungalow.
Probably wise of them to inform us prior to checking in via phone call.

Slow Season Letdown
Publié le 2 mai 2020 sur HotelsWe visited during the COVID-19 lockdown in Samoa which meant that hotel services were sparse. While the room was still great, we were really disappointed in the availability (and cost!) of food options and ate most of our meals away from the hotel. We also had the housekeeping walk in on us without knocking which was a bit embarrassing. She did apologize, but for what we paid to stay at this hotel - and to support them during a time of slow business - I was actually quite disappointed. There are many other options for higher end hotels in Apia and I’ll probably choose another next time.

It was immaculate and our garden fale was gorgeous and so quiet! Loved the pool but the bar there was never staffed, and we would often have to ask people three or four times for pool towels and things like that.

The only complaint i have staying here is that i wish i stayed here longer than one night!!! From the service, to the food and to the rooms; everything was excellent. Breakfast was amazing as there were soo many options to choose from and more importantly delicious. Would definitely recommend staying here
