Just when asking for things from reception and being told it will be bought to your room. The cool drink, cool flanel and lei on arrival are a lovely treat after a long flight and drive. The staff are friendly and approachable and the lobby is airy and open. The rooms are very small for my liking however the views are spectacular, which ever room you stay in. The grounds are well kept, clean and tidy.
