The villa can accomodate up to 15 guests and 2 infants.
A 2-storey villa with 6 bedrooms, 5 bathrooms, 2 living rooms, 2 kitchens, dining areas and a laundry room.
With a heated infinity swimming pool 40sqm a children's pool and an outdoor Built-in Jacuzzi which are all connected in a convenient layout, yet each has its own separate built section for comfort and safety.
Which can all be heated upon request

The outdoor built-in Jacuzzi has a bench for 8 people.
The pool area has a built-in Jacuzzi with 15 powerful jets that gently massage and create bubbles for relaxation and therapeutic purposes. The heated water helps relieve sore muscles and soothe joints.
The infinity pool the Children's pool and the outdoor Jacuzzi can all be heated upon request with an extra charge
The Jacuzzi and infinity pool are designed so the adults can have an eye on the kid's pool so adults can unwind while still keeping an eye on the kids
With a separate children pool with shallow water especially for toddlers.

Indoor layout:
Entering the villa there is the first spacious living room with a stone arch separating it from the fully equipped kitchen with all modern appliances and a dining area with a handmade dining table
In the living room there is a TV and a working fireplace
The floor-to-ceiling doors let the glorious greek sun come in and offer plenty of light in the house
A hallway leads you to the two bedrooms
The first with two twin beds the second with king size bed and a private
en-suite bathroom
The main stone built bathroom and a laundry room.
All the rooms on the ground floor lead to the swimming pool area.
A staircase guides you to the first floor where you can find a comfortable living room TV a fully equipped kitchen.
Next to the kitchen is the 1st bedroom with 2 twin beds and an en-suite Bathroom
The numerous windows of the villa let you feel like you are outside and help you get the most out of the abundant natural surroundings
A hallway leads you to the other bedrooms.
The 2nd with a king-size bed the 3rd with two twin beds and a private en-suite bathroom and the 4th with two twin beds and the main bathroom
Upstairs there are total 4 bedrooms

There are 2 living rooms, 2 kitchens, 2 dining areas, 5 bathrooms,
6 bedrooms (3 bedrooms have their private en suite bathroom) and a Laundry room
All twin beds can be turned into double beds,

All rooms have their own balcony with breathtaking views
All the rooms upstairs and downstairs have pool and mountain views

The furniture are all handmade from wood marble matching with the traditional decoration

Outdoor layout:

The plot is completely private with an outdoor jacuzzi for 8 people to sit in an infinity swimming pool 40sqm and a children's pool.
The swimming pool is infinity which is designed to give the impression of merging with the horizon.
Which all can be heated upon request
The water temperature will be 26 degress
The infinity pool water falls as a waterfall on the edge of the pool
Around the swimming pool area are sunbeds and umbrelles

Fitness area featuring different weights/kg in plates for the curl bar and the dumbbells,
jump ropes, muscle stretching band were you can train different kind of exercises, Yoga mats

While sitting outside you can enjoy a panoramic view of the mountains and valley due to the priviliged position of the villa
There is also a barbecue with charcoal with a pergola and a sink with a counter top and a table for you to dine outside enjoying the spectacular nature
Furthermore there are a lot of sitting spots for you to admire different views

For our small guests entertainment there is a Playground covered with lawn
With spacious outdoor area for children to play
We have a 2-seater swing set for a baby & children
The villa is family friendly and suitable for children and adults
All outdoor areas, balconies are fully secured and comply with safety standards.
The playground is fully fenced for children's safety
Downstairs inside and outside areas are all accessible by wheelchair
As there are ramps for a wheelchair

Outside the villa the road has a hiking route that leads to lots of exchanges of landscapes ending to a amazing sea view and lake Kournas

Another hiking trail is high up in the mountains at an altitude of 900m were the shepherds have their sheep and goats with panoramic views
There are also lots of other hiking routes enabling you to discover the real Crete
Asi Gonia is an unspoiled village with traditions and local customs that have remained unchanged over time
If you want to participate in the local events you are more than welcome to join in and experience local events and traditions
The local festival of Saint George held in April a tradition hundred of years old passed down for generations
All the shepherds bring their sheep and goats to the village square and milk their herds and give the milk away

Episkopi beach is 12km away from
Villa Asigonia.
One of the longest beaches on Crete which has organized places with umbrellas and sunbeds and isolated spots if you prefer privacy.
With taverns on the beach front beach volley net, life guards, beach bars, beach service they serve food and drinks at your sunbed
