Villa Avra is a 4 bedroom property full of charm and character with its exposed stonework, beautiful gardens and stylish interiors. It has lots of terraces for relaxing and enjoying the distant sea and countryside views. The villa is also perfect for beach goers - Kavros Beach, along with a seafront restaurant, is a mere 5 minute walk away. There is a choice of shops, bars and restaurants around 10 minutes' drive away. WiFi, pool heating and air conditioning/heating in the bedrooms are included.

Villa Avra is located in the area of Kavros in Chania and is ideal for those wishing to be within walking distance to the beach and a restaurant. A short drive will take you to the local amenities of Kavros and to the small resort of Giorgoupoli with a few shops, restaurants and bars located around the beautiful village square. The house is ideally placed for access to the main highway which runs along the North and the East Coast.

Main pool: 5 x 5 mtr, 1.52 - 1.52 mtr depth.

Pool heating is not available during July and August.

Lead traveller must be 21 years old or older.
