Villa with a private pool just 5 km from the beaches of Crete’s northern coast, and just 450 meters from the famous area of Lake Kournas.
The villa was renovated in 2024. The interiors are equipped with all amenities for a comfortable, peaceful stay. Villa Serenity offers 8 bedrooms and is ideal for a vacation with friends or a family reunion; it can comfortably accommodate up to 16/18 people.
On the grounds there is a lovely dining area, a hot tub with a waterfall, and a beautiful private pool where you can relax and have fun with family and friends on hot Crete days.
Less than 1 km away is Lake Kournas, where you can rent small rowboats and explore the lake’s clear waters, take lovely walks, and eat in one of the many restaurants. The sea (free access beaches and beach facilities), is just 4 km from the property.
At guests’ disposal : scenic terrace furnished for al fresco dining, outdoor hot tub with waterfall (2,50 x 2,25 meters); private pool (10,5 x 4.75 meters; depth : 1.45 meters) ; 8 bedrooms and 8 bathrooms; patio equipped with table and chairs dining outside; barbecue, sunbathing area, Wifi internet, air conditioning, parking.

The vila is amazing, great location, convenient, well stocked in a great location.The rooms were specious and true to the pictures just as the rest of the vila.The host was very thoughtful and welcoming. Overall, great stay and definitely recommend for a big family or a group.

Beautiful villa exactly as advertised. Stand out feature was Roula the owner, she was friendly, helpful and always there if we needed her. It was my wife’s birthday while we were there so she baked us a cake. A really lovely lady and we all agreed we would come here again.

We were a group of 16 people and had an absolutely amazing time! The house was wonderful — spacious, clean, and even better than we expected. Roula was a fantastic host, incredibly helpful and welcoming throughout our stay. We couldn’t be happier and would highly recommend both the accommodation and the host. Our group of 12 had an amazing stay at Villa Serenity. The outdoor area with kitchen and pool was absolutely fantastic – perfect for our vacation. Roula was an exceptional host throughout our stay - very friendly, flexible, and helpful with everything we needed. The location is a bit outside the city center, so having a rental car was useful. However, there are nice restaurants nearby, which gave us great options for both dining out and cooking at the villa. Would definitely recommend this place for anyone looking for a spacious, well-equipped villa with a friendly and helpful host!

Absolutely Perfect Stay – Couldn't Recommend More!
We recently stayed at this villa with a large group of family and friends, and it was honestly one of the best holiday rentals we’ve ever experienced. The space was perfect for a big group – spacious, open, and designed with both comfort and entertaining in mind. Whether we were cooking outdoors, lounging by the pool, or just enjoying the views, everything about the villa made it feel like a true getaway.
The layout was ideal for families, with plenty of room for everyone to spread out without feeling disconnected. It’s clear the villa has recently been refurbished to a very high standard – everything felt modern, stylish, and thoughtfully put together. The beds were super comfortable, the kitchen was well-equipped, and the outdoor areas were just fantastic for group meals and relaxing evenings.
A special mention has to go to Roula, the owner, who was simply amazing – warm, welcoming, and always on hand if we needed anything. You can really tell she cares about her guests having the best possible experience.
