Located in the Sun Valley residence, this functional 26 m² apartment enjoys a convenient location opposite the Figaro drag lift, providing quick access to the main gondola, and just 550 metres from the shops, close to the village centre. Ideal for a mountain getaway, it comfortably accommodates up to 5 guests.

The apartment is situated on the entrance level (corresponding to the first floor on the front side, no lift). It features two balconies facing west and north, offering good natural light and open views. The sleeping area includes a bedroom with two bunk beds and a pull-out bed (sleeping three guests), as well as a living area with a sofa bed for two additional guests. A bathroom and separate WC complete the sanitary facilities.

The fully equipped kitchenette includes a combination microwave oven, two ceramic hobs and a refrigerator.
