ARCACHON, NOTRE-DAME / LA CROIX DES MARINS - Comfortable studio of 21 m² for 3 people (2 adults and child), completely renovated in June 2022, with outdoor space on the ground floor giving direct access to the sailors pier and beach.
Located on the first floor of a small building, also refurbished, of which it is the only apartment, it is equipped with Internet / WIFI Fiber and consists of:
- A living room with a fully equipped kitchen (traditional oven, 2-burner induction hob, extractor, small fridge with freezer, dishwasher, coffee maker, kettle, etc.), a lounge/dining area with 1 sofa bed, television , table and stools, a wardrobe column, a chest of drawers. Independent WC.
- An enclosed sleeping area with a 140 cm bed and a bathroom with shower and vanity unit.
- A large outdoor space on the ground floor, facing south-west, allowing you to take meals and others in the shade of an umbrella pine or a magnolia (garden furniture, chairs, umbrella, relax chairs and barbecue ).
Cellar with washing machine, storage space.
Private parking space. Bike rack (provide anti-theft device).
Ideally located in the immediate vicinity of the beach, the cycle path and the shops (50 m away: grocery store, bread, press, tobacconist, pharmacy and 400 m from a butcher's - delicatessen).
