Located in a quiet neighborhood, this one-bedroom apartment (approximately 44 mÂČ) is on the first floor of a building with an elevator.

For your convenience, you have access to a private parking space.

The living room features a TV (this apartment does not have Wi-Fi), a sofa bed that sleeps two, and opens onto a terrace with an unobstructed view, including a glimpse of the Arcachon Basin.

There is a separate, fully equipped kitchen with a stovetop, small refrigerator, microwave, filter coffee maker, mini-oven, and washing machine.

You will also find a bedroom with a double bed (140 cm) and a wardrobe.

A shower room and a separate toilet complete the apartment. The nearest shops are in L'Aiguillon, where you'll find numerous restaurants as well as all the amenities you need: bakery, butcher, fishmonger, bar/tobacconist/newsagent, mini-market, pharmacy, and more.
