The staff were very friendly and helpful, including recommending some places for dinner, and promptly mailing back to me the kindle I accidentally left there. The rooms are not fancy, but are very clean and quiet and came with microwave, fridge and coffeemaker; everything needed!

A charming stop at a great price.

This a great representation of the old time Ma and Pa motels. The room was suitable size for 2 people and 1 bed, but not large. The bed was great, and the furnishings were classic for that era. The genuine wood paneling was in great condition, and the other room furniture and other furnishings were quality wood pieces as well. Very well decorated. The room was clean, the bathroom and shower were small but functional and the office staff was charming and efficient. We would certainly stay again.

Water flow from faucet and shower was just a trickle evening after checking in. Left voicemail but Manager never responded! Wi-Fi was unstable too. Tried to talk to manager at checkout but office door locked and no response using doorbell. Paid over one hundred dollars for abysmal service!

We were in the middle of a 6 day camping trip and wanted to stay at a hotel so we could shower and do laundry. When we got up the shower didn't work at all. No one in office to report. Very disappointed.

Worn but serviceable

The DK Hotel is tired and worn. The rooms are large and quirky. The bathroom and bedroom were spotless. If you just need a comfortable bed for the night, this place is a good value.

No ac, room was old and outdated, smelled, ceiling fan was so loud, windows had to be opened and at midnight there were random people standing in a parking lot outside the bathroom window drinking and cutting up. Would not stay here again.

Disappointing.

Helpful friendly staff. Property seriously in need of renovation. Did not have high expectations but still was disappointed with carpet stains, mold, peeling paint. Beds did appear to be clean at least on surface. Not many options in this area but we wouldn’t stay again.
