Learnt a lot about the personal life of check in person, room walls are thin!! And do not ok the handicap room unless you are wheelchair because there is no shower curtain so water goes everywhere. It is affordable and clean.

The property was nice but they didnt have enough staff to support their guests. Red River Inn was having problems with their cable and therefore our TV was very iffy. Red River Inn gave us a discount because of that issue. I however have not heard from Expedia about the discount they should be passing on to me. Expedias response to this event will determine if I use Expedia to book my hotel stays in the future.

TV didn't work. In room phone didn't work. In room coffee maker didn't work. Bathroom door wouldn't laych closedand lock. Were told we would receive a discount. No discount given.

The hotel and room was clean but the furniture was terrible. The couch was absolutely uncomfortable as was the office chair. It kept sinking to the floor and we needed help to get up. Also the mattress was hard as a rock.

The hotel had lost our reservation that we had booked for 5 months and after 20 minutes of total confusion trying to find our reservation... , I finally asked if they had a room for us. I will never understand why they made us wait and everyone behind us and never offered us a room. I had to ask her. Very stressful after we had traveled so far to get there. The room needed some minor repairs and a new office chair that looked broken down and wore out.

Best ever

The only problem we had was our microwave didn't work. But we had 2 rooms and always seemed to congragate in our room, so it wasn't a big deal. Don't think we ever told them. Only cause we had a BLAST!! Room was clean, comfy and secure!!
