The villa (285 sq m) features 7 bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms/toilets, a large 50 sq m living/dining room opening onto a fully enclosed 2300 sq m garden (with terrace), and a large games area on the ground floor for children and adults (table football, table tennis, darts).

The modern, fully equipped kitchen (with basic cookware and utensils/kitchen linens) opens onto the living area and includes two ovens, a dishwasher, induction hobs, and a large fridge/freezer (plus a second fridge in the basement).

Two private parking spaces accommodate 5 cars.

Three electric vehicle charging points (one 7 kW and two 3.5 kW) can be used simultaneously.

Four spacious bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms/toilets in the Villa:

- Monet Room: queen bed + en-suite bathroom/toilet

Seaside, our house is located 15-25 minutes by car from the most beautiful beaches of the Opal Coast: Sangatte Escales Beach (Cap Blanc Nez), Calais Beach (and its Dragon), Wissant Beach, Wimeureux Beach, Audresselles Beach, and Ambleteuse Beach.

Inland, our house is located 5 minutes by car from Ardres Lake and 15 minutes from the center of St. Omer. Ardres is located 3 km from the Caps Marais d'Opale Regional Natural Park.

For business travelers: 15 minutes from the Cité Europe business park (Calais Coquelles) and 20-25 minutes from the high-tech industrial sites of Dunkirk and Gravelines.
