From your villa you can enjoy pleasant walks along the un-spoilt long beach (aprx.4km) and have a meal or drink to the sea-front taverns/pubs found along the coast line.

The contemporary villa is furnished and equipped to the highest standard and offers all the necessary facilities for enjoyable and relaxing holiday, including 42" flat screen TV, DVD and Cd player, wifi, games room equipped with billiard, table football and gym equipment. Air conditioning in all areas of the villa (charge extra)

Bedrooms: 4 bedrooms (2 doubles and 2 twins) all en-suite, plus Sofa for 2 in the ground floor level with full shower-room facilities.

-Lower floor : Games area, Sofa which can convert to a double bed, shower-room with WC and basin. Laundry room.

Outside: Private overflow pool 10.5m x 4.5m with roman steps and ladder, pool-side shower, rooftop covered/uncovered furnished terrace, Bbq, private parking (3-4 cars).

Distances : The villa is sutuated just opposite to the sea! – 30 meters from a lovely sandy beach!

The nearest restaurant is less than 1km away, with additional restaurants/ tavernas /pubs / kiosks / bakeries nearby. Mini markets and supermarkets 1-2km from the villa along the coastal road. Argaka village and Agia Marina village are in 3-4min drive.

Polis town 8 Km. In Polis there is a variety of amenities cafes, restaurants, taverns, supermarkets, water sports, etc.

A little further, along the coast from Polis is the seaside resort of Latchi with its marina and sea front taverns which serve fresh fish daily. Beyond Latchi is the well known ‘Baths of Aphrodite’ and Akamas peninsula for nature lovers. (coastline can also be enjoyed by boat with daily excursions available from the marina).

Paphos town and Kato Paphos tourist area with the Castle 45min drive. Paphos airport 45min drive, Larnaka airport 2hours drive.

The Villas are ideal for Wedding Accommodation. A refundable security deposit of 500 Euros is required to be paid upon arrival to the villa.

- Wow this villa is fabulous. The space. Location, and deserted beach. What more could you want to relax. The villa is designed for families that can interact without being on top of each other. A games room will keep them entertained. Very well equipped and a very high standard. The owners are the friendliest and helpful people we have ever met ,we have made special friends with them and our holiday was a dream. There is a overflow pool, outside Bbq n kitchen, washing machine the facilities are endless. We have seen the most sensational sunsets. 2 km away are lovely eating places and polis and latchi are close by. Once again Panicos you and your family are very special we will be back. K MurphY - We have just returned from this villa it is five star and yes we found paradise. It is a stunning beach front villa with amazing sunsets it is fully equipped with an amazing infinity pool. The owner Panicos was amazing nothing was too much trouble from fresh fruit from his trees to the home made cooking from his wife Anna his hospitality was generous and heartfelt. It is the best villa we have ever stayed in it is five star luxury. It is only a short drive to the beautiful harbour of latchi. Highly recommended.
