Open Concept 4 Bedroom Cottage, Just Steps Away From South Shore Beach

Come and stay at our large open concept, 4 bedroom cottage on a one acre lot overlooking the ocean. Enjoy amazing views and unforgettable sunsets on our wrap around deck that is over 1,000 square feet. This lovely summer home is fully equipped with all the amenities you need including a large living area, full kitchen, washer/dryer, BBQ, ping pong room (in case it rains) and a fire pit. Two of the bedrooms have patio doors opening onto the deck. The large master bedroom also features an en-suite bathroom and large walk-in closet. The fully equipped kitchen is appointed with fridge, stove, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, cutlery, dishes and linens. The cottage also has lots of indoor and outdoor open space for the kids to play.

The beach is only approximately 100 steps away from the edge of the yard, so you will have the freedom to come back and forth from the cottage as you please. The beach has PEI’s famous red sand and is safe for young and old. You can walk for miles on the beach at low tide with shallow tidal pools for the kids to play in. On your strolls you will encounter star fish, often see seals sunbathing on the rocks in the distance, and can try your luck digging for clams on the sand bars. You can wade, swim, or just lie back, sunbathe and enjoy the sun and water. After a fun day at the beach you will be ready to wind down with a home cooked meal in the large eat in kitchen or patio and then enjoy roasted marshmallows over the fire pit as the sun sets over the water.

The cottage is located in Argyle Shore on the beautiful south shore of PEI, minutes from Argyle Shore Provincial Park and picturesque Victoria-by-the-Sea. The cottage is centrally located so exploring other parts of beautiful PEI is easy. Golf, fishing, shopping, great local restaurants and theatre are all a short drive away.
