With capacity for 6 people, the house is distributed over two floors and is located in a very special setting, surrounded by an orange grove, which provides privacy, charm and a pleasant sense of peace.



On the ground floor you will find a bedroom with two single beds, a cosy living room with sofa and television, a fully equipped kitchen and a covered porch with sofa and dining table overlooking the pool.



On the first floor there is another living room with sofa and television, two bedrooms with two single beds each and a full bathroom with shower.



Outside, the villa has a private swimming pool, several areas with tables and chairs and plenty of space to relax and enjoy the Mediterranean climate. Additionally, in the parking area there is a charger for electric cars, a very practical extra for those travelling with an electric vehicle.



For greater comfort, the house has air conditioning on the porch, in the upper floor living room and in one of the bedrooms, as well as hot/cold air conditioning, to provide comfort throughout the year. It also has high-speed fibre optic internet, ideal for remote working or enjoying an excellent connection during your entire stay.



Located in a quiet area in the interior of Mallorca, Villa Capitana in Ariany will allow you to enjoy the calm and authenticity of the island, without giving up good access to the beaches of northern Mallorca and other places of interest.

Important note on electricity consumption:

Out of respect for the environment and with the aim of promoting responsible use of resources, the cost of electricity is not included in the accommodation price. A charge of €0.35/kWh for electricity consumption will be applied, which will be paid at the end of the stay.
