This fantastic town house in Ariany offers accommodation for 6 people, a pretty private pool and charming corners where you can relax and enjoy.
After a morning full of activities, the best thing to do is to cool down in the private salt water pool -that sizes 6.5 to 3.5 metres and has a water depth of 1.5 metres. After swimming for a while, you can enjoy the sun on the 4 sunloungers by the pool and wash off under the exterior shower before heading to the porch to cook and enjoy a delicious BBQ. There is also a superior terrace which is perfectly furnished for you to relax with a glass of wine and admiring the views to the pool and town.

Inside, the hallway leads to the living room where you can watch TV-sat or read a good book by the warmth of the fireplace when it's cold. The dining room is independent and it has room for 6 people. The kitchen offers a ceramic hob and all you need to cook. In the same floor you'll find a shower bathroom and two bedrooms with twin beds ans a closet each. The third bedroom is upstairs and it also has twin beds and a closet as well as an en-suite with a shower. It's accessible only from the outside terrace. The washing machine, iron and ironing board are also at the terrace. A baby cot and a high chair are available and the house is equipped with underfloor heating.

Ariany is a small charming village. You'll find the basic services here like a grocery shop and some good restaurants. The surroundings are mainly rural and invite to stroll across the fields or to practice cycling or hiking. The nearest beach is Son Serra de Marina about 20 km away.

Schöner Aufenthalt mit lauten EinschrÀnkungen

Das Ferienhaus ist gut ausgestattet und sauber. Die kĂŒche hat alles was man braucht und die KĂŒchenutensilien sind auch zu gebrauchen. Der Garten ist sehr schön, vor allem die OutdoorkĂŒche hat uns sehr gefallen. Der Pool war leider etwas kĂŒhl, was allerdings auch daran lag das wir Mitte September dort waren. Um Probleme wurde sich auch seitens der Vermieter direkt gekĂŒmmert. Leider hatten wir allerdings wĂ€rend unseres Aufenthaltes immer wieder BaulĂ€rm vom NachbargrundstĂŒck. Etwa 10 unserer 16 Tage Aufenthalt hatten wir den LĂ€rm. Von frĂŒh Morgens bis spĂ€t Nachmittags. Es war leider so laut das es dann nicht mehr angenehm war sich im Garten aufzuhalten. Das war wirklich schade. Da das GrundstĂŒck des Hauses umgeben ist von BaufĂ€lligen GrundstĂŒcken ist damit zu rechnen das es immer mal wieder zu BaulĂ€rm kommen kann. Das sollte man beim Buchen beachten. Im Inserat ist davon keine Rede. Im Inserat mĂŒsste darauf hingewiesen werden dass es zu BaulĂ€rm wĂ€rend des Aufenthalts kommen kann. Da dies nicht der Fall war hĂ€tten wir normalerweise einen Anspruch auf eine Angemessene EntschĂ€digung. Leider stellt sich das Portal Homerti bzw. der Vermieter quer. Hier mĂŒsste man jetzt rechtliche Schritte einleiten. Das wird von unserer Seite jetzt geprĂŒft. Sonst war an dem Haus nichts zu beanstanden.

Relaxing holidays

Nice Finca! Simple and very good communication with the owner and his cousin. Arrived shortly after the cleaning and got direct access, with a good tour of everything. Only thing to consider, that you stay in a village, it has pretty small streets and also has lots of homeless cats. The owners decided to support them, by giving them water and some dry food, which we always renewed. -> for people who love cats very nice, only bummer that the cats also take their number two directly at the trees in the garden. So keep in mind, that with some winds, there might be a short cat poo sniff for you. Otherwise, ariany is pretty chilled, you have two supermarkets that have enough stuff for some days, and Manacor is only approx. 15 minutes away by car, where you have plenty of supermarkets and shopping.

Amazing!

From booking to arrival at the house everything went well. We received a friendly welcome. The house is gorgeous. The inventory and equipment perfect. The inner courtyard with the great plants, the pool and the barbecue outdoor kitchen are top class! Even if the place is very remote. Those who come here enjoy the quiet side of Mallorca We will definitely be back!

Lovely villa

Well set up, quiet and peaceful. Villa has everything you would need, good location for short journey to coast or for exploring other parts of the island. Small welcome package of food and fruit was well received after a long and delayed journey. Overall it's a lovely place to stay, was not disppointed in any way
