I requested two queen beds in my room, that did not happen, instead I was up-graded to a Single king with couch that had a double bed witn a roll away, I am dissapointed, because the staff never notified me of the changes, and when I stated that the room was not what I ordered, the staff had no response. Stuck Like Chuck!!

Pleasantly surprised

Check in was smooth, easy and prompt. Front desk staff provided great service, pointing out free beverages and cookies. Asked if i was a BW Rewards member, i wasn't but am now! The room was clean, fresh linens and cooled to a comfortable temp.
