Hotel was lovely clean and staff were friendly. Room was spacious and clean. Food in the bar was beautiful and really good value for money. Our only downside was we went for a relaxing break to make full use of the pool and spa facilities ans when we checked in at 3pm we were told we couldn’t use the pool until 6pm due to swimming lessons on until that time. So we went down to the pool at 6 and when we got there was told the pool is closed from 6/6.30 due to aqua aerobics.. this was very disappointing as this is what our stay was mainly aimed around.. it was near 7pm before we got into the pool facilities and last food order at the bar grill is 8.45pm so everything was very rushed.. if it was stated on website that the facilities are closed of for most of the day due to other activities we would of booked another hotel..
