The room was in need of significant repair. There wash basin in the powder room was missing one tap and the other did not operate. Tiles were missing in the bathroom, there was a crack in a mirror and it looked tired in general.We had running hot water the first night, however no hot water at all in the morning. The price was much higher in comparison to other much better accommodation facilities, would be due to having our pet with us.

We were warm. Electric blankets and oil heaters kept us very toasty. Unfortunately the room stunk like a sewer. Our room was tired and beyond dated. Mouldy bathrooms, greasy fingerprints on kettle and fridge had previous guests leftovers in it, fridge hadn't been cleaned out. I would "camp" before staying here again, at least it has fresh air. Not sure if our room was one of the originals and there are updated rooms, but I felt grotty the whole time. Alarming to me that previous response to reviews was that the property has repeat bookings. Makes me seriously concerned about people's expectations. Hate to be a whinger but I've got to be honest

It was very convenient - dog friendly-very small room at beginning but on returning a lovely Deluxe room that was excellent. Staff were very obliging and room was excellent 2nd time around. Would recommend it to stay if you have a dog

Unfortunately the advertised compliment breakfast was unavailable. The staff mentioned that because of COVID the breakfast area was closed Nice big car park
