The room was clean and a good size; staff was great and very helpful; restaurant was amazing (dinner was excellent; breakfast was cheap, but didn't have much to offer). Location of the hotel in the city centre is also great. My problem with our stay was the functionality of the room - we were travelling as a family (2 adults and 2 kids) and there was not a lot of space to put our things down, especially in the bathroom, which was massive but only had a small table filled with hairdryer, bath products, etc. Nowhere to put our own things. Everything is so beautifully appointed, but not very practical. It would be great to have more channels (and possibly streaming aps) on the TV. Also, it is great that there are some reserved parking spaces at the back, but it is in an alleyway and not very secure.
