The staff were very helpful. The room was clean and bright. The food was very tasty, unfortunately ran out of bacon for breakfast with still over an hour to go before it ended. Good safe underground parking. Short walk to the Center of Arnhem. Would recommend and would return. Might have to get up earlier for breakfast though.

UNRELIABLE - be prepared to sleep on the street!

This hotel is a joke -STAY AWAY! I had a prepaid reservation for two nights and when I arrived (in the evening) I was greeted with a shocking surprise - “Unfortunately, we had to cancel your reservation last minute due to issue with the room but do not worry Sir, you will be refunded!”. I could not believe my ears and did not know that this was even possible on a prepaid booking. I could not find any other hotel at that time in the evening, so I had to travel to a nearby city of Nijmegen in order not to sleep on the street.

The rooms were quite large. Parking in a secure underground lot was easy and convenient. The breakfast provided was fine but nothing special. The common areas could be cleaner. We had no TV in the room for 2 of the 3 days we were there. The shower drained poorly and caused the wash room to flood; after it was serviced it was fine.

It’s an okay stay the rooms are nice and clean my only issue is our bathroom was very small and not super ergonomic. It’s a good cost effective stay. Check out the breakfast before you commit if you are from North America, it’s a very European breakfast so it may not be up to your liking.

Great room for three people. Friendly staff. Arnhem is lovely town, easy to walk around and with good public transport. The hotel is almost next to John Frost Bridge. A short bus ride to the Airborne Museum. Near to the cathedral.
