This mountain getaway has more windows than wall space to take full advantage
of the amazing views! The property offers 3 separate bedrooms and 2 baths.
Each bedroom is tucked in its own unique place in the house to offer privacy
for your whole group. On the main floor you have the living room, kitchen, and
a sitting window which can be used as twin beds and a Big Screen TV . Off of
the main room the slider opens up to a split level deck with seating for
everyone and BBQ (Gas). The kitchen is well stocked with all the essentials
and then some! There is Vintage Stove in the Kitchen which is used to heat
the house and you can cook on it. There is plenty of wood at the home
compliments of the owner. The dining table is a beautiful (must see) and
tucked in a great window space with room for 8+ at meal time. The house has
a very open floor plan. The living area and kitchen are open and great for
entertaining. If you must take a break from relaxing to catch up on work or
emails there is an office just off the entryway with a twin bed - the perfect
spot for remote work. With great views of the trees and mountains. Up the
stairs you will find the master bedroom - quiet, private, and secluded with
plenty of space and with your own private bath, GREAT BEAR CLAW TUB to sit and
enjoy a glass a wine after a long day in the snow. Down the stairs off the
main entry way in the lower level there are two rooms, one has a queen bed
and the other room is the Bonus Room with a POOL TABLE BIG SCREEN TV AND A
SAUNA with plenty of room for everyone to enjoy after the snow (there is also
a Queen Size bed in the Bonus Room). Just off of the Bonus Room is the
Laundry Room with Full sized Washer and Dryer. The architecture of this
Vacation Home is one of a kind You can not go wrong with this one of a kind
architecture and beautifully decorated home!
DURING THE WINTER MONTHS THIS HOME IS SNOWBOUND AND YOU MUST USE OVER THE
SNOW TRANSPORTATION if you do not have your own snowmobiles. Bear Valley
Vacation Rentals provides the arrival take in and departure take out. You
must schedule this service in advance (its a great experience). You can't go
wrong with the home whatever season it is.

transportation to the home is via snowmobile and is scheduled at the time of
your reservation.
The Queen bed as indicated is not in the living room it is in the Bonus Room
where the Pool table and other Big Screen TV is located on the bottom level.
Our properties always have all beds made, except for the top bunk of bunk
beds, where the linens are provided for guests to make themselves. If the
guest exceeds the number of beds available, there will be an additional charge
$35 per guest and we will need to be notified in advance to ensure proper
accommodations.
