Welcome to the Okoboji BLUEtiful Cottage in Arnolds Park - walking distance all Amusement Park attractions, including the green space concert area, restaurants, bars, West Lake sand beaches, coffee shops, shopping and more! The home was completely remodeled in 2023, professionally decorated and tailored to vacation travelers. The home boasts three private bedrooms and one full bath. Bedroom One offers a twin bed with twin trundle day bed, smart tv, and ceiling fan. Bedroom Two provides a queen bed and smart tv. Bedroom Three (the largest of bedrooms) offers a king sized bed, full over full bunk beds, full length mirror, and smart tv. The gorgeous living room offers an intimate space to play games or catch a movie. The kitchen and dining area have all the comforts of home. Seating for six at the dining table and three stools at the breakfast bar. Solid surface countertops and new stainless steel appliances. The kitchen is stocked with place settings, glassware, silverware, toaster, crockpot, blender, and Keurig. Linens and towels provided.

Advanced Payment of 50% is due at the time of booking. Remaining Balance due 30 days prior to your arrival. Failure to remit final rental payment by scheduled due date may result in cancellation of your reservation
All payments are refundable prior to the cancelation due dates. To protect your rental investment, we strongly encourage purchasing travel insurance. No refunds will be given for late arrivals, early departures, no shows, or cleaning or maintenance concerns. If present and reported, all cleaning or maintenance concerns will be corrected promptly.
Service fees may apply to guests who reserve online with a third party booking website. Third party services fees are not controlled nor collected by Okoboji Vacation Company, and as such are not reflected on reservation statements provided by Okoboji Vacation Company.
A cancellation fee of 50% will be charged to the traveler if canceled between 60 days and 31 days prior to arrival. Reservations canceled within 30 days of arrival will result in no refund.
A refundable security deposit of $300 may be charged on reservations. Guests will be responsible for all intentional damage to include but not limited to broken items, soiled or misplaced linens, loss of keys, theft, or failure to remove garbage from the property, or leaving the property excessively dirty. Confetti or glitter is not allowed in the property.
