This home offers spacious gathering areas, and thoughtful touches for kids and adults alike. It is thoughtfully designed and fully stocked for families to relax, play, and make memories together. Bridges Bay Resort offers two direct waterfront restaurants, on-site fitness center, arcade, private fully stocked fishing pond, basketball court, outdoor kid’s playground, and more all within walking distance.

Inside, you’ll find room to sleep 12+ guests comfortably. The main floor features a king master suite with a private bathroom featuring a walk-in shower and walk-in closet. Downstairs there is a second full sized bathroom with shower/tub combo and a total of three private bedrooms; two queen bedrooms and a bunk room with a full-over-full bunk bed that kids love. The lower level also offers an oversized family room with a large sectional and twin-sized day bed with twin-sized trundle.
The open-concept kitchen, dining, and living area make it easy to stay connected. The dining table seats at least eight, with room for five more at the spacious kitchen island with granite countertops — perfect for big family meals. There is also direct access to the covered patio with a gas grill and additional outdoor dining area. The newly finished garage hangout space adds even more room to spread out, complete with a table and chairs for games or casual gatherings.

For parents, everything you need is already here: a highchair, 2 pack ’n plays, a single stroller, a double stroller, coolers, cornhole, and extra lawn chairs. A washer and dryer are located in the main-floor mudroom, conveniently right inside the garage entrance. There is also a half bath off the kitchen next to the mudroom. For kids, there’s plenty of space to play indoors or out, with plenty of kids’ toys and books, plus the big highlight — free waterpark passes (a $175/day value!) to Bridges Bay’s indoor Boji Splash and seasonal outdoor pools.

Parking is available for up to five vehicles: three in the driveway and two in the garage. If you need additional parking the resort has some that is within walking distance.

Cancellation Policy – Okoboji Vacation has set this policy with you in mind. You may cancel your reservation up to 60 days prior to your arrival for a full refund. If you cancel between 59 and 30 days before arrival, you will receive a 50% refund. Cancellations within 30 days of arrival are non-refundable. Additional terms and conditions may apply depending on the booking channel.

This professional managed Lake Okoboji vacation rental is brought to you by Okoboji Vacation Co., a locally owned and operated company, dedicated to bring only the best quality experience to our guests. To ensure convenience and comfort, we provide a welcome kit of essential amenities such as toilet paper, paper towels, dish & hand soap, shampoo and conditioner, face bar soap, garbage bags, dishwasher & laundry detergent. Included in your cleaning fee is the above toiletry starter pack, propane replacement, and access to our Host Store; where we offer a range of supplemental services and items including early check-in/late check-out options, hangover kits, or fresh flowers for a romantic getaway. Pack n’ play or toddler cot, package of bottled water, firewood, etc. are available for a small fee on our Host Store (email sent one week before check-in) and will be waiting in the home on your arrival. Advanced Payment of 50% is due at the time of booking. Remaining Balance due 30 days prior to your arrival. Failure to remit final rental payment by scheduled due date may result in cancellation of your reservation.
All payments are refundable prior to the cancelation due dates with exception of booking fees and credit card fees. To protect your rental investment, we strongly encourage purchasing travel insurance. No refunds will be given for late arrivals, early departures, no shows, or cleaning or maintenance concerns. If present and reported, all cleaning or maintenance concerns will be corrected promptly.
Service fees may apply to guests who reserve online with a third party booking website. Third party services fees are not controlled nor collected by Okoboji Vacation Company, and as such are not reflected on reservation statements provided by Okoboji Vacation Company.
A cancellation fee of 50% will be charged to the traveler if canceled between 60 days and 31 days prior to arrival. Reservations canceled within 30 days of arrival will result in no refund. Booking fees and Credit card fees are nonrefundable.
A refundable security deposit of $300 may be charged on reservations. Guests will be responsible for all intentional damage to include but not limited to broken items, soiled or misplaced linens, loss of keys, theft, or failure to remove garbage from the property, or leaving the property excessively dirty. Confetti or glitter is not allowed in the property.
Property is privately owned and is not managed by Bridges Bay Resort. Therefore, no refunds will be given for resort amenities not being available or under construction (notice will be given by Okoboji Vacation Company).
