It was great to be able to stay in period style accommodation for something different. The owners were super friendly and welcoming. Right in the heart of Arrowtown so easy access to walks and shops and cafes

The place was quaint with a lot of character.
Even though the cottages were old, they had been updated and were quite spacious.
Location is in a nice quiet neighborhood with an easy walk to town.

Jayne was excellent at meeting our needs. We had a couple of extra requests and she was able to make it all work for us. Jayne and Carl were both lovely and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay.
The motel is so convenient we could walk everywhere and we got great recommendations about restaurants and a taxi to take us out of town. Would stay there again and price was right.

Fantastic host. We felt so welcome. This was our home away from home. Clean, tidy, comfortable. Loved spending time there. Will definitely be back. Thanks for hosting us.

We had a lovely time at Settlers Cottage Motel which was so handy for all of Arrowtown (a hidden gem of natural beauty with wonderful shops, restaurants and trails.)
Carl and Jane were great hosts and were very helpful and friendly. Highly recommend!

A beautiful little property. The cottage was adorable, with great facilities. The owners cat is very friendly and just wandered in to say Hello.

Great place in a nice town. The owner was very friendly and gave us local knowledge of where to eat etc. very enjoyable.
