Really nice property and well-appointed.

We enjoyed two nights at this property and were really pleased. The beds were comfortable, the kitchen had everything we needed and the Wi-FI was excellent. While outside of the city, it was perfect for us as we wanted to tour several winery’s in the area. There is a large shopping mall nearby and a “supermarket”. I highly recommend this property!!

Ático bien amueblado y bastante nuevo, situado en barrio externo de Valladolid, muy tranquilo, sin problemas de aparcamiento y bien comunicado en coche para desplazarte a la ciudad y hacer turismo.- Si buscas tranquilidad para descansar fuera del bullicio de la ciudad, perfecto, además tiene piscina comunitaria muy bien cuidada. Repetiría sin duda si tuviera que volver a Valladolid unos días.-

Encantada con el trato , el apartamento está muy bonito decorado , nuevo , limpio ,con una conexión Wifi muy rápida. Aunque está a 8km del centro de Valladolid , está muy bien comunicado , tiene un centro comercial cerca y es una zona muy tranquila. Volveré seguro !

La propriété est calme et sécurisée. L'appartement est spacieux. La piscine est trop froide mais visiblement elles ne sont pas chauffées en Espagne. Les propriétaires parlent plusieurs langues et sont sympathiques.

Bel appartement à Valladolid

Bel appartement en rapport avec les photos. Propre, pratique et calme. 2 salles de bains et 2 WC, parfait en famille! Piscine parfois un peu bondé par les résidents (quand ils sortent du boulot!), mais au moins on est dépaysé car on est les seuls Français! N'ayez aucune crainte pour la chaleur, car si il fait bien chaud la journée, les nuits sont bien fraiches à Valladolid ; il suffit alors d'ouvrir les fenêtres la nuit et fermer la journée pour garder la fraicheur. On peut donc profiter de la belle terrasse matin et soir (la journée on bouge de toute façon!) Attention cependant, voiture indispensable l'appart n'est pas en ville. Valladolid n'étant en soi pas une ville passionnante , il faut aussi bouger tous les jours (mais néanmoins intéressante, car c'est la vrai vie d'une grande ville Espagnole sans touristes) ; cependant pas de souci car appart super bien situé, proche de toutes les bretelles d'accès autoroute. Accueil super sympa au tel et en live.

Très bonne expérience, l'appartement est parfait et tranquille. La piscine est très agréable et permet de se rafraichir quand il fait trop chaud! Nos enfants ont pu rencontrer et jouer avec d'autres enfants grâce à l'espace commun de jeux sécurisé. Les propriétaires ont été vraiment prévenants et disponibles. L'appartement n'est pas à Valladolid même, mais très proche des grands axes et d'une zone commerciale importante. Excellent séjour!

"Nous avons été très bien accueillis par Cesareo, qui nous attendait devant l''immeuble pour nous indiquer où nous pouvions stationner la voiture. "La verdad es que hemos estado muy bien. Tanto en la entrega de llaves que la pareja es encantadora, estaba todo limpio y en orden además de un entorno tranquilo y çon mucha iluminación. La equipación del piso es impecable , realmente no falta de nada, más al que le guste el diseño y la decoración como a mi va a quedar encantado. Está muy bien comunicado y en dos minutos te incorporas a la autovía para poderte desplazar a cualquier sitio. Para comprar todo está muy cerca y por todo en general le pongo un 9. Le pondría un 10 si hubiéramos ido en verano y hubiésemos utilizado la piscina pero eso ya lo harás tú. Saludos"

"Vielen Dank für die sehr schöne Wohnung. Sie ist super geschmackvoll eingerichtet, gefplegt und mit allem, was man benötigt, ausgestattet. Leider waren wir im Herbst dort, sodass wir weder die große Terasse, noch den Pool nutzen konnten.Wir haben uns dennoch sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Wohnung liegt zwar in einem Neubaugebiet, aber dafür zentral, so dass alles gut erreichbar war. Vielen Dank auch noch einmal an die Vermieterin, dass alles so gut funktioniert hat.
