This charming house nestled within the peaceful residence of Clos des Thermes welcomes you for a serene stay in the heart of the magnificent village of Ars-en-Ré. It offers you a fully enclosed 100m² garden, facing due south, as well as a protected 8m² terrace, equipped with a table and 6 chairs, where you can fully enjoy sunny days. You will love starting your days with a delicious breakfast outdoors, then relaxing in the sun comfortably installed on one of the loungers.



The residence itself has a heated swimming pool, ideal for refreshing and relaxing during hot days. Thanks to the pool bracelets, you benefit from a 15% reduction on treatments at the neighbouring thalassotherapy centre "THALACAP Ile de Ré".



This renovated house, carefully designed and newly equipped, is ideal for a getaway for four people. Enter and you will find the living space, perfect for sharing meals and relaxing in front of the television. The decoration is understated and its bluish touches immediately remind you of the seaside. Finally, you will find a very well-equipped kitchen to easily prepare your meals (washing machine, dishwasher, fridge + freezer, kettle, Nespresso machine, toaster, coffee maker, combined oven).



With its two bedrooms, one with a 160 bed and the other with two 80 beds, these offer you a comfortable and cosy space for a good night's sleep. You will also find a bathroom with a bathtub and a hairdryer to relax after a long day exploring the surroundings. An ironing board and an iron are also available.



A gas plancha/barbecue will allow you to enjoy delicious grilled dishes and make the most of long summer evenings in the garden.



To facilitate your travel around the island, you will also have a parking space and a space to store up to four bicycles in the garden.
