This former 18th-century manor house, detached with a courtyard and enclosed garden of 500 m², is located in a green setting 12 km from Le Puy-en-Velay, 30 minutes from the Mezenc nature resort, and close to the Meygal massif.
Ideal for a green holiday in all seasons, just over 100 meters from the nearest neighbors.

Numerous hiking trails lead from the cottage; nearby are the indoor ice rink at the train station, the Aquacentre La Vague, the town of Le Puy-en-Velay and its many UNESCO World Heritage buildings, and all the nature, tourism, and attractions of the Haute-Loire region. On the ground floor, a large living room-kitchen with a wood-burning stove and sofa bed, a shower room-toilet, and a laundry room.

On the first floor, there are three private bedrooms: bedroom 1 with a queen-size bed, converted into the former chapel of the house, bedroom 2 with a double bed, and bedroom 3 with a family size bed and two single bunk beds. A large mezzanine with a reading nook, a sofa bed, and a double corner bed. Bathroom, toilet.

Central heating and electricity included. 2 wheelbarrows of wood for the stove are provided free of charge.
