Nice hotel, great location, friendly staff.
But restaurant not open on Sunday, could have advised us before we turned up.
Room very basic. Bed big but was superking and was made up of two beds pushed together.which kept seperating.quilt to heavy .did not like fact notices telling not to take shampoo in bathroon home.also notice on reception not to take takeaway food in room.not everyone can affort to eat out when staying in hotel so prices should be reasonable. Also disoppointed that you had to pay for parking.and also told for a 50pound holding fee.i am a carerer my husband.dont get much money we saved for our ruby anniversary to stay for two nights we did not count on all this extra money to pay out.also toilet was hard to flus water from taps very slow comeing out.when i booked this hotel got impresstion was luxurious. But was disappointed. And over priced plus you should be able to eat takaway in your room.your on holiday so you should fill like your at home
Although the receptionist told us she had a cold I don’t feel that permitted her to be rude. From check in when the booking was clearly in my name she looked past me & asked my partner for the car reg to greeting me this morning with ‘Oh God’!!!
The room was comfortable but the plug didn’t work so my bath wouldn’t run out. Someone was cleaning at 640am.
It’s so central & so convenient, might I suggest if staff are not well they stay home so we don’t upset them by existing!
