At an elevation of 840 m in the idyllic high valley of Hintergschwendt—between Aschau im Chiemgau and Bernau am Chiemsee—you can enjoy peace and quiet, nature, and a breathtaking mountain backdrop, surrounded by meadows and forests between the Kampenwand and Lake Chiemsee. The apartment is the ideal starting point for hikes, bike rides, and excursions in the region. You’ll find shops and restaurants of all kinds in nearby Aschau or in Bernau. A well-maintained communal garden with wooden lounge chairs, an outdoor seating area, a barbecue area, and an open fire pit invites you to relax and socialize. In the basement, our guests have access to a sauna, two pieces of fitness equipment (a treadmill and an exercise bike), a coin-operated washing machine, and a coin-operated dryer. In addition, there is a storage room, a drying room with a ski storage area, and a cozy lounge with a ping-pong table, foosball table, game corner, and seating.
