Unsere Ferienwohnung liegt sehr ruhig auf einer Anhöhe nord-östlich von Aschau im Chiemgau in Richtung Chiemsee, mit tollem Blick auf die Berge. Sie wohnen in herrlicher Natur und können ab Haus schöne Spaziergänge in das Landschftsschutzgebietes Bärnsee unternehmen oder verschiedene Radtouren in Richtung Berge und See. Abstellmöglichkeiten für z.B. Kinderwagen, Fahrrad vorhanden. Eine Waschmaschine zur Benutzung (gegen Gebühr) steht im Keller. Wir vermieten im Bauernhof "Soyer-Hof" nebenan noch zusätzlich eine kleine 31 qm Ferienwohnung für 2 Personen.
Helle Nichtraucher Ferienwohnung 105 qm mit großem Wohnzimmer, Couchgarnitur zum gemütlichen fernsehen, W-LAN, SAT-TV und Sitzecke mit Tisch. Separate Küche (großer Kühlschrank mit 3 Gefrierfächer), Geschirrspüler, Mikrowelle, HerdEckbank mit großem Tisch zum Essen. Badezimmer mit Fußbodenheizung, Fön, Dusche und Badewanne. Separates WC.
Ein Schlafzimmer mit Doppelbett und Balkon, ein Einzelzimmer (Parkettboden) mit Zugang zum gleichen Ost-Balkon und ein großes Kinderzimmer mit einem Einzelbett und einem Kinder-Hochbett (1,70 m lang) oder einem Babybett. Die Liegewiese am Haus mit Grillplatz kann gerne genutzt werden.

Wir wurden sehr nett empfangen. In der Wohnung ist alles vorhanden. was man an im Urlaub braucht. Die Lage ist perfekt für Ausflüge an den Chiemsee oder nach Österreich.
