One bad apple doesn't spoil the whole bunch.

The front staff were excellent and the kitchen staff as well. The people that were supposed to clean my room never came by nor did I get clean linen. I had to go each time to the front desk to get it. McKenzie and the Young man "D" who was in training were great. They greet me with a smile and was very accommodating.

Less than desirable nighttime front desk who dealt

The day time staff was amazing! They were so friendly and respectful. However, the lady with glasses who worked at the front desk in the evening (late evening both nights we were there) was opposite. She wasn’t friendly or polite. We had issues with hot water to bath both nights.

Not once in our 3 day stay was our room picked up, vacuumed, trash emptied etc. We had to go to the front desk for towels and toilet paper. The employees were very respectful and helpful. I would expect more tidying up over a three day stay.
