++Asheville is waiting for you at our airy light-filled 1-bedroom apartment now with mountain views c/o Helene! ++ Our upstairs apartment is ready for your 30 day+ stay. Fully furnished and equipped, you will have everything you need for a welcoming and memorable stay. ++You will enjoy a remarkable location: five minute walk to Montford faves 9Mile, All Day Darling, and Tall Johns. You can be in Downtown in a 10 minute walk. ++LIVING RM: This fabulous space lives large and features a comfortable living room with a cozy couch and occasional seating galore. Enjoy our quirky furnishings - antiques, original art, and lots of reading on cities (as one could expect from an urban designer and preservationist coupling up!). ++BEDROOM: Luscious organic queen bed in the bedroom with three dressers and a hanging closet. ++SUNROOM: Our sunroom offers you an alternative sleeping option with a day bed as well as a dedicated desk (can use as standing or sitting).
++KITCHEN: Fully stocked kitchen with SS electric range, dishwasher, sink with sprayer, microwave, toaster oven, kettle, and coffee maker. We have every gadget you could imagine. ++BATH:A well-equipped bathroom offers you a taste of yesteryear with a clawfoot tub/shower combo.
++WASHER/DRYER: You will have access to our washing machine and dryer in the basement.
++PETS: We love pets but unfortunately are not able to take animals right now.
++AC/HEAT: We are in the mountains and have heat 6 months of the year that you may control. We add our bedroom unit AC in the Summer, starting in June to September. If you require it outside of those months, we will add it for you. ++This is our historic home and we live downstairs. We will more than likely see each other and would like to have friendly interactions and share what we love about AVL!
