Location and cost of hotel is excellent. Property is smaller than competitors but is nice for what we needed (parking was easy). Room is basic but nice, has a larger fridge and microwave. Husband and kids loved breakfast. Staff was sparse and you don’t get ANY housekeeping which was a little tricky, unless requested (we stayed 4 days and that’s a long time without fresh towels, sheets, or trash emptying) which was tricky when staff was rarely at the front desk. We would definitely stay again, great option for the area!

Most of the staff was great but when checking out this morning I mentioned they should have someone check the refrigerator as it wasn’t working properly and she argued with me. We had to throw away food and the water was warm. Not sure why she’d argue as I was polite and just saying someone needed to check it

Breakfast options were decent and the hotel was clean. Close to downtown Asheville which was the appeal to stay here. Main downside was we were on the second floor and we could hear the people above us walking around all night.

AMAZING

What an amazing service. From the moment we got there. We got upgraded to a suite which was so sweet of them to do. The breakfast was one the best I’ve had in hotels. I truly loved this hotel and if I’m ever in Asheville again i definitely will stay here. Also the outlets are in walking distance as well as many restaurants.

Loved it!

Staff was awesome- front desk girl was the sweetest! Breakfast was good- room clean, comfy beds- love the room darkening shade- location was awesome- so convenient- they gave great suggestions for dinner, etc.

Claudia was a friendly face every day at the front desk. we only eat breakfast 1 day out of the 10 days there, but the staff was very sweet! Parking was very tight, but we made it work
