Hampton Inns going down hill. Hotel was tired. Hilton properties always want to mention that we "booked through Expedia" and not through Hilton. Then we get a room with limited perks...like NO microwave. The juice machine was broken and they ran out of coffee "ALL COFFEE URNS WERE EMPTY" I will not stay at a Hilton property. I am a former "Diamond Member."

The room was clean and comfortable. The location is perfect for visiting Biltmore. They were having WiFi issues on two of the three days we stayed. One morning they ran out of waffle batter and other items an hour before breakfast ending which was disappointing.
