This compact but perfectly located apartment is located in walking distance to stores, shops and hundreds of restaurants , breweries and musi c venues art galleries. As well as being a wonderful cultural hum, known for it's great food and hospitality it also has wide diversity to outdoor adventures. The apartment is one bedroom, newly renovated in a terrific neighborhood. There is a queen size super comfortable bed, as well as a pull out sofa bed. There is on site parking, and laundry facilities in the building. It's on the second floor and there is a large balcony for relaxing.
