What stood out? Impeccable service and thoughtful luxury. My dogs and I had an outstanding stay. This hotel truly caters to dogs. Bowls, beds, and dogs stay free, which is rare and appreciated. Traveling with senior dogs requires patience, and the staff couldn’t have been more accommodating. Valet service was absolutely worth it. The team handled all luggage seamlessly, escorted us to the room, and helped unload. Professional, efficient, and deserving of gratuities. The lobby and restaurant are beautifully designed and spotless. Our two-bedroom mountainside suite (with partial Broadway Street views) was incredibly comfortable. The beds and pillows were melt-in worthy, and the spacious walk-in shower felt spa-like. Happy hour from 5–6 each evening with cocktails, wine, beer, and food was a lovely touch. The central downtown location makes everything walkable. Elegant, polished, dog-friendly luxury. Stay her. You won’t be disappointed.

We stayed in a room where the TV wasn’t functioning, which was disappointing. We also requested a pack ’n play for our toddler, but it took an hour and a half to arrive—something that’s quite important when traveling with a young child. Additionally, the mini bar fridge wasn’t working, so we had no way to properly store our toddlers food. Also, valet service was very slow, taking over 20 minutes on both occasions we used it.
