Relax and settle in to this comfortable, well-equipped suite designed for easy city living. The space features one king bed and a queen pull-out sofa, making it a great fit for couples, families, or longer stays.

Enjoy the convenience of a fully equipped kitchen, complete with an oven, range, refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, kettle, and all the cookware, dishes, utensils, and dish soap you’ll need. Fresh linens and towels are provided, along with a shower dispenser stocked with Paya shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. Thoughtful extras like water filtration and a starter bag of locally roasted coffee help you feel right at home.

Unwind with cable TV and stay connected with high-speed WiFi. Families are welcome, with a crib and high chair available upon request.

All of it stood out!! Nancy is a wonderful host. I had to make some changes to my booking and she was so nice and helpful! The room was one of the best places I've stayed in!! We had a great time in Asheville! The apartment is in a great location, easily walkable to New Belgium Brewery and just a short drive to downtown. The bed was very comfortable and the AC kept the space nice and cool on these hot summer days!

Great Studio in River Arts District.

Loved our stay! Studio apartment was very spacious and clean. Had all the supplies necessary and even had some local coffee to brew in the morning. Bed was comfortable which isn’t typically the case in a lot of properties we stay in. Able to walk to the brewery and also the Duck Taco location by the river.
