Front desk literally called in a “wellness check” with the police for my pregnant wife with zero reason to do so and scared the hell out of her when she was sleeping.
Gave us the wrong room, there was a terrible smell in the room that was giving us a headache. I found a glade plug in in the corner that they had in the room.
Once we got rid of that the old smoke and pet smell in the room was noticeable and bad.
Not a good place to stay. Not safe.
Drug deals in the parking lot.
Only stayed overnight but the room was pretty clean overall a little outdated staff was super accommodating they even noticed the room next to us was being a little loud so they changed our room up on check in
Well I couldn’t get in for about 30 min because the doors are locked at night. No one would answer the phone so I stood outside trying to check into my room after a 16 hour work day for 30 min
The property is in a convenient location but the rooms and condition of the hotel overall are showing their age. The hotel had a very strange funky odor throughout. The bedding and sheets while clean were stained.
Everything was very good except dog in next room started howling and barking at 4:30am until I left around 8:30am . When booking room nothing about dogs alowed. Would really like my money back!!
Bad management, bad rooms. The bathroom door would not close, homeless people living in car in parking lot. Management smoking outside door of rhe smoke free hotel....
This is predominantly an extended stay property. Many of the little niceties, like a hair dryer, coffee maker and the like are not here. It was clean and comfortable, and they will give you what you ask for at the front desk. the front desk is closed from 11 PM to 7 AM. They give you a number to call for immediate needs. i did not need it, but if that's a concern for you, there you are.

Was not aware the front desk was not staffed 24 hours, and check in took about 25 minutes from the time I got there, and I had to call the number 4 times before getting an answer. Thought I was not going to be able to check in.
