Ne vaut pas son prix

Nous séjournions 2 jours et le nettoyage de la chambre n’a pas eu lieu: il fallait le demander… mais on a « oublié « de nous le dire. Ils nous ont proposé une réduction de 30 $ pour ne finalement appliquer que 20$ sur la facture qui était de 340 $ tout de même.

I apologize that you were not verbally informed about our current housekeeping policy; however we do also provide guests with written notice along with their keys. Tidy service is not automatic but rather available upon request with fresh linens and all amenities available at any time. I apologize this was a disappointment for you.

Staff was great and helpful. Room had an amazing view, clean, well stocked, and breakfast was decent!

Amanda at check in was excellent! Liked the older woods and high ceilings. In the summer it would be great to walk the paved paths next to the lake!

We are glad your checkin process and stay was pleasant. The location of the hotel being close to downtown as well as on the lakeshore is a huge bonus.

The property is old but kept up. Our room lacked adequate lights and we had to charge our phones in the bathroom because our room lacked outlets near the beds and the two outlets on the wall with the television and coffee maker were nearly full and difficult to get to.

Guests definitely like our centralized location within Ashland as it's right on the shores of Lake Superior while also being close to restaurants, shopping and the lakefront trail.
