Thanks for sending my phone charger
Publié le 25 févr. 2024 sur HotelsThe Plaza Inn & Suites has been our go-to place to book accommodation for years when we visit Ashland. Nearby, there's a beautiful creek running through Lythia park where we love to take walks, plus terrific dining choices and great shops lining Siskiyou Blvd.
And now, we're even more grateful for the service and attention we've been afforded there. I had left my phone charger in our room, and only noticed it was missing on the drive back home. I called and the the young man I talked to immediately took time to make sure it had been located and offered to send it out right away. It arrived very promptly, so he did just that.
Thanks for your help; we'll be back!

Lovely stay close to everything.
Publié le 19 févr. 2024 sur HotelsThis is a nice place and close to the theaters and restaurants. You only have to walk about a block to be in the middle of everything. Its very comfortable and pretty.

A little dingy, and strong perfume smell
Publié le 17 févr. 2024 sur HotelsAdded cleaning fee for pet. That’s fine but wish it was disclosed when booking. Pet friendly building has super strong perfume smell that permeates everything. No elevator in the pet friendly building. Key was demagnetized and I was locked out. Staff literally went through 20+ keys to get one that would work when reprogramming. Staff was super friendly, but don’t think we’ll stay again.

Always a pleasant experience when staying here. Great location for the theater, shopping, lithia park, very walkable and a quiet location.
