The Cocoonr/Book&Pay agency offers this charming house for rent in Asnelles, approximately 400 m from the beach, with a surface area of 44 m² and accommodating up to 6 guests. It consists of a lovely 22 m² living room, a fully equipped kitchen, two beautiful bedrooms, a bathroom (with shower), and you can enjoy a garden of approximately 250 m². Wi-Fi included, we are waiting for you!

The accommodation is laid out as follows:
- A 22 m² living room with TV, double sofa bed, and dining area
- An open-plan kitchen equipped with: electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, etc.
- Bedroom 1: with a queen-size bed (160×200)
- Bedroom 2: with two single beds
- A bathroom with shower
- A separate toilet

Outside:
- A beautiful 290 m² private, unfenced garden with a south-facing terrace (furniture available to enjoy sunny days)

The house is ideally located in Asnelles, in a very pleasant environment. You will be close to all essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, etc.

Activities:
- Visit historical sites (Omaha Beach, Gold Beach, Juno Beach, Sword Beach, Utah Beach, etc.), the Bayeux Tapestry, and numerous museums
- Sports activities: sand yachting, horse riding, golf, swimming, etc.

Transport:
If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the house's private car park.
