The free local area shuttle stops just across the street every 20 minutes, allowing for quick and convenient access to the grocery, restaurants, shops, Aspen Mountain and Rubey Park Transit Station where you can catch free shuttles to the Maroon Bells and any of the other 3 ski areas. This condo is a great vacation rental choice any time of year!

Important Information About Pool & Hot Tub Access



April–June: Hot tubs are open. If you'd like the swimming pool cover removed during your stay, please contact the Frias Office at 970.920.2000 in advance.



September–November: The pool and hot tub are fully operational throughout the fall season.



Please note: No refunds will be issued if shared facilities are unavailable due to weather, maintenance, or HOA requirements.

******The Homeowner Association prohibits rental guests from bringing any animals into this home, please do not ask as we are not able to make exceptions. Please be aware a fine of $1000 will be imposed for all unauthorized animals******

All iTrip Aspen Snowmass properties have WIFI and all rentals are stocked with professionally laundered linens and towels and a starter supply of the following: coffee, tea, paper towels, toilet paper, tissues, trash bags, sponge, dish detergent and soap, laundry detergent, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, lotion and hand soaps. If your home has a wood burning fireplace we provide a starter supply of wood. Additional stock of these items are available for purchase at the local grocery stores.



Aspen Pitkin County airport is located 3 miles from Aspen and 7 miles from Snowmass Village.
