The Neighborhood:
Located in the heart of Downtown Aspen, this condo is within walking distance to everything Aspen has to offer, including the gondola, restaurants, shopping, nightlife, and many hiking trails.

Getting Around:
Transportation from ASE (Aspen Airport):
There's no need to call a taxi. When you exit the airport, you'll find a taxi stand to your right. Taxis arrive automatically as they become available. Uber is also an option, but service is very limited and inconsistent. Complimentary buses are available as well by walking toward Highway 82 and looking for the bus stop.

You can find additional information about available public transportation and schedules by visiting RFTA dot com.

If you prefer not to walk, download the “Downtowner” app, which works just like Uber and is provided complimentary by the City of Aspen.

At the Ruby Park Transit Center just a few blocks away, you can catch one of the complementary buses to the other three mountains (Aspen Highlands, Buttermilk, and Snowmass). During the warmer seasons, you can visit places like the Maroon Bells, Snowmass Village, or the Hot Springs in Glenwood Springs.

One week stay

We had a great stay at this perfectly located unit. Close to the hill and to local transport, restaurants and shops. The unit itself was the perfect size for my husband, myself and our adult daughter. The unit boasts the best equipped kitchen I've experienced when renting. The only issue we had was the breaker for the bathroom but the manager sorted quickly. We did notice the noise of the garage door which is directly below, but it didn't bother us too much unless trying to catch an afternoon nap. We would definitely return. Great unit.

Incredible stay in Aspen!

Our stay was great at this specific property! The communication with the host was easy and accommodating throughout our whole stay. They had extra snacks and the condo was very cozy. Would highly recommend and will check out other properties with this host as well during next stay as needed.

Beautiful Condo. Great Location.

This a beautifully remodeled 2 bed 2 bath condo 2-3 blocks from the center of downtown Aspen. -Underground covered parking was nice. -Elevator from garage up 1 flight to unit made check in with luggage easy. -Kitchen is very well stocked and a good size. Comfortable stools for dining for 4 at the large island. -Nice small deck off living room with a few sitting chairs. -Primary suite with en suite bathroom closes off from rest of unit like a small wing. -Nice second bedroom between primary suite and living room area. -second bath is off the kitchen area -Beds very comfortable, soft bedding and pillows were great. -unit is kept very clean. -I would definitely stay there again. Recommendations to owners/property managers: -consider adding lounge type chairs on balcony -consider adding a full length mirror in the primary suite. (FYI There is one by the front door). FYI: the primary bedroom is right above the garage door entry to the building so there is occasional noise from that but it really didn’t bother me personally. Also many of the RFTA buses go past the unit regularly so there is also some noise from that. Overall I think it is a beautifully designed functional unit in an amazing location with underground parking and everything you need for a comfortable stay. Highly recommended!
