The complex features a shared gym, year-round outdoor pool & hot tub and ground level access, great for after a hard day on the slopes.

Very nice apartment with a great location
If you are looking for a condo that is conveniently located within walking distance to every restaurant and store in town, this unit is perfect. More importantly, it is two blocks to the gondola. The unit is clean, the kitchen is stocked with everything you need, and the beds were very comfortable. Finally, Tara, the property manager, was accessible for anything you needed.

Great location!
We enjoyed the condo, it was is a great location. It was near the St. Regis and downtown Aspen. Condo has a cute living room and kitchen. The back bedroom was larger than the front bedroom which had a decent mattress, might be time for an upgrade.

Amazing location and everything you need!
My wife and I stayed in this condo for the entire month of January. The location is amazing. We walked pretty much everywhere, to Ajax, the bus to go to the other mountains, restaurants, shopping, hiking, etc. The complex has a small pool, large jacuzzi, laundry and workout room. The condo literally has everything you could ever need for your stay. We brought some items from our kitchen but we should have just left everything at home. The manager was super helpful and responsive. Don’t hesitate in booking this condo!
