Probably the best option in Astana, especially if you want to be sure the quality is where you expect it.
Not cheap, but you get what you pay for. Club Lunge is not worth the upgrade. Breakfast very good even on Ritz standards.
Staff is very friendly and good wot work with. On-site restaurants are decent, Selfie on 18th worth mentioning for the impressive wine-list and splendid views of the city.
Definately will be back when in Astana.

Posted Mar. 30, 2020 on HotelsA stunning hotel with the friendliest staff. Despite the entire city being shut down, the staff did all they could to ensure I had a wonderful vacation. The food was delicious and the spa was the ultimate treat. I highly recommend staying at The Ritz if you have the chance.
