Wonderful Mountain Views Villa & Private Pool

Ensuite, vous passerez l'après-midi à vous détendre dans une piscine à débordement privée et chauffée à l'énergie solaire. Cela ressemble au paradis? C'est parce que c'est.

Cette villa privée et sécurisée est située dans un quartier sûr, calme et paisible et est entourée d’un paysage et de jardins immaculés. La villa présente un décor d'inspiration européenne et des baies vitrées. Profitez d'une tranche de pura vida.

À votre arrivée, nous fournissons un petit-déjeuner gratuit comprenant des fruits, du café, du lait, du sucre, du pain, du beurre et du fromage.

La chambre principale donne sur le jardin et est équipée d'une télévision de 60 pouces, d'un lit queen size confortable et d'une salle de bain privée complète (baignoire et douche séparée).

La chambre junior dispose d'une télévision de 102 cm et d'un lit queen-size. La troisième chambre comprend un bureau / bureau avec un bureau, une chaise et des étagères.

La deuxième salle de bain a une douche et une coiffeuse.

Les téléviseurs ont accès à 60 stations. WiFi dans toute la maison.

Il y a de bons restaurants dans le coin et des endroits où vous pouvez aller en taxi (tarif très bon marché). La propriété est à moins de 10 minutes en voiture du centre d'Atenas. Il y a des cours de yoga tous les jours à Atenas et vous pouvez bénéficier de massages privés à domicile sur rendez-vous. Un excellent acupuncteur est également très proche. Les propriétaires sont heureux de vous aider à prendre des dispositions!

We spent 4 wonderful days in a stunning property situated on a hill with a panoramic view of San Jose. The house was extremely beautiful and well-maintained, with cleanliness evident from the moment we arrived. It was fully equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay.One of the most delightful experiences was the pool, which was always clean and maintained at the perfect temperature. Nothing compares to the moments spent in the water, admiring the volcanoes in the distance – a truly spectacular sight!The garden was a real paradise, filled with tropical plants that added an exotic touch to the place. This house has abundant charm. The location provided a pleasant, peaceful, quiet getaway. Close enough to town for convenience, but far enough away to feel safe and secure. Six year old grandson loved the pool. Great place to stay for rest and relaxation. We would definitely stay here again.

My daughter and I flew to Costa Rica for a long weekend to visit my son who is in college in San Jose for the semester. This property was perfect for our little reunion. Plenty of space, beautiful views way up in the hills, and a pool. The owners were very helpful and charming. Liked that the house had a local flavor and not generic like most hotels and many other rentals were. Nice restaurants in town. Was central to our day trips.

The views were amazing, we arrived at night and were in awe of the view, when we woke in the morning our jaws dropped at the beautiful view in the daylight. Unforgettable Experience in a Beautiful Home with Amazing Hosts

This property lives up to (and exceeds) the pictures in the listing. It was an authentic 'Costa Rican" experience. Atenas had some great restaurants and the home was emaculate. Everything was very clean, well stocked, and the owners were very attentive to every need and went above and beyond to ensure a wonderful stay. Highly recommend!

Incredible views and wonderful hosts!

Great location in the mountains with awesome views of the valley and San Jose (especially at night). Truly, the story is true about Atenas having the best climate. The hosts, Guida and John were the best. They made sure we had everything we needed, actually they went above and beyond. We will definitely be back!

Best Costa Rica Stay!

We stayed with Guida and John for a week. It was 4 of us. We really enjoyed the house and the views are spectacular. Both Guida and John and the most wonderful hosts. They live on the property, in the house that is pretty much adjacent to the rental and they are extremely attentive, easy to chat with, and very kind. We could not ask for better hosts. We would absolutely recommend you book your stay with them. You will not regret it.

Beautiful home in the hills with fabulous views

Fantastic property with incredible views. Home and surrounding property were pristine. Peaceful, quiet setting in the hills with a wide vista overlooking the valley. Gracious hosts John and Guida are nearby and welcomed us with a lovely note & bottle of wine. Really enjoyed their sweet dog Leika as well. Used a private driver for our excursions and always loved returning to this paradise at the end of the day. So grateful for the experience and their hospitality. We would definitely return!

Wonderful property and the views: WOW! Conveniently close to town but far enough you don’t get traffic noise! The whole house is lovely and well maintained! The pool was a tiny chilly as there is a good breeze being up so high, however we still enjoyed it! Our hosts were very helpful with recommendations on places to see and eat! So appreciated that! Could’ve stayed another week!!! This area is more ex-pat than it is touristy, which we really enjoyed. We LOVE the people of Costa Rica- and the slow lifestyle is something we could deftget used to!!! Great vacation!!!

The morning sun to the evening/night clouds were amazingly gorgeous! The clouds that continually changed the landscape was nothing like we've ever experienced! Guida and John were great! We experienced some minor miscommunications, but, were able to move past them! Overall, we were satisfied our stay at this property. Highly recommend a stay at this magnificent property!

Simply amazing with beautiful views

The house was quite clean and comfortable. The hosts went out of their way to make everything great for us and had wonderful recommendations on everything from activities to restaurants to the best place to get meat. Our meal prepared by the Chef Olsen del Toro was out of this world. Would definitely recommend! Could not have been happier with our choice to stay there and hope to be able to go back. Oh, and the weather temperature is perfect all the time. It did rain in the afternoons but it is that time of year.

Beautiful property with stunning views

We fall in love with the mountain where the property is located. The house is secluded and feels very safe. It has stunning views day and night! My husband and I enjoyed so much drinking our cups of coffee in the morning. John and Guida are wonderful hosts and were available to guide us during our stay in regards to tours and places to visit. Costa Rica is a beautiful Country and for sure we will return and even consider the possibility of retiring in this Country. Book your stay you won’t regret it! Amazing Views

John and Guida hosted us on short notice after our previous vrbo reservation was not as advertised. They are the most amazing and accommodating hosts and as a bonus you get to visit with Laika (very friendly German shepherd). Their home is on the same property so if anything is needed they are right there. The views are absolutely breathtaking and you even get the added bonus of cows, they have a path just below the house to go from field to field. The views are visible from most rooms in the house as well, which is furnished perfectly with all the amenities you would need. John and Guida really do treat you like family and we will definitely be visiting again!

We can't say enough about how special our stay was. Way beyond any expectations we might have had prior to arriving to Atenas for the first time. Both John and Guida are extraordinary individuals and probably one of the nicest couples you will ever meet. It was such a pleasure to stay at their fabulous property. The views are breathtaking and design of the house is simply devine. Personal touches everywhere. We didn't want to leave , but we already know we certainly will be back! Magic Mountain Villa

The property was very beautiful and you could tell a lot of time and love went into the landscaping! If you just want a place to relax and totally enjoy the scenery, this villa is definitely for you! The view was beautiful everyday! We were unsure of the no a/c but being on the mountainside was a/c enough for March! The owners are next door and though it was a little different from other Vrbos we have stayed in, it was nice to have someone looking out for us in a country we had not been to before. I would recommend renting the house and the two extra rooms to have the property entirely to yourselves. I already have friends looking to visit Costa Rica and stay in Atenas in this villa! This was our granddaughters first trip out of the country and they are ready to go back. I would recommend a rental vehicle that has more horsepower than a lawn mower! It is a trek to go up the mountains. I would definitely go back!
