Voula is the suburban town in the Athens urban area along the Saronic gulf. Perfectly placed for the best beaches and drawcards of the Athens Riviera, while still only 16km from the city-centre. Although it is mainly a residential area, it is one of the high profile areas to live in, featuring large houses usually taking advantage of the coast space layout. Here you will find organized places with access to the beach, by paying a small entrance fee you are able to experience the Greek summer in Athens to the fullest! These places are buzzing during the summer and offer sun-beds and umbrellas for rent as well as access to all local amenities. Voula is also very well connected with local transport services.
Kavouri is just alongside Voula as the next area on the coast line. Similar to Voula, it is mainly residential, but provides the guest with scenery of rocky crevices with interspersed sandy stretches which adds a wilder tone to the landscape. The places to go out here are mostly family-owned, quaint, tavernas with great tasting dishes made with love and tradition.
Buses, metro, trams and taxis are all the possible ways to reach Voula.
Voula is especially charming during the summer months, its relaxed vibe makes it a perfect destination to enjoy a staycation or a vacation in the Athenian Riviera. The majority of eateries in Voula are sprawled across the main square or the Platia Voulas, or on the surrounding side streets.

Buses, metro, trams and taxis are all the possible ways to reach the apartment. It's also extremely easy to park the car outside the property.

-Please note that kids (of an age 2+) are counted as guests and should be added to your reservation. Baby crib could be provided upon request with an additional charge. (€15)
-Checkout is at 11:00am. Only if agreed upon, and when availability allows it, a later checkout can be organised for a fee. If we find you in the apartment after checkout time the day rate will be charged.
-We use high-quality white sheets & towels. Please make sure they do not get stained. It will be charged if they do get stained.
-Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the apartment. If we find you smoked inside a €100 penalty will be charged to your booking.
-For commercial use (photoshoots and video shoots) it is only allowed after consent by us. Different rates than the day rate apply.
-Packages or mail may not be shipped to the apartment. We will not be responsible for receiving, lost, or undelivered packages.
-Booking a reservation constitutes an agreement to comply with the House Rules. Guests who violate these rules are liable for any associated damages, fees, costs, or expenses.
-When you report an issue with the listing, you automatically grant us access when needed to fix the reported issue

Perfect Location

Compact, well appointed and efficient little apartment close to shops and restaurants. Polina was an excellent communicator and gave us some lovely suggestions. Check in was a breeze and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay.
